The Byrne family started dairy farming in Wisconsin after emigrating from Ireland in the 1870's. In 2003, we decided to renovate our 1890's barn. We added a new metal roof and restored the interior of the barn. To celebrate, we had a barn dance for Duane's parents' 40th anniversary. Thus began "The Party Barn". In the fall of 2018, our son Cory married his fiance, Jenny. It confirmed our idea of starting a barn venue and sharing our barn and farm with others. We have been asked many times, "Why don't you rent out this barn?" We have decided the time is right to diversify our farm and start this event business. We are so happy that we restored our barn. The room can hold up to 250 guest for a plated reception or 220 for a buffet reception. Attached to the room is The Pub Bar. This large bar is penninsula shaped and served from 3 sides. There are several tables in the surrounding area for guests to easily gather around. You and your guests will have access to our spacious patio where the views of the golf course continue. This space can also serve as the perfect back drop for an on-site ceremony. The Evergreen Room offeres an adjoining Bridal Suite. This serves as a great place to get ready, have a secure place for your personal belongings, or just a private area to retreat when desired.

The Ludlow Mansion is steeped in history from the early beginning as a homestead of a 3,000 acre farm and a stop on the underground railroad, to today as a preeminent regional gathering place for great events. Five suites are available for overnight accommodations and access for photos and videos can be obtained in this historic homestead.
