Such a beautiful and luxurious venue space that gives you a blank slate to create anything you can envision.

The Treasury features a main level where a majority of ceremonies, intimate events, and receptions take place. We also have a mezzanine great for cocktail hours, additional guest seating and lounge areas. The main level vault is a statement piece original to the old bank. The large luxurious glam lounge gives you the perfect environment for getting ready! We also include a prep kitchen in your rental too.

No, all beverages must be supplied by The Treasury. We have super customizable bar packages with no beverage minimums so we can customize the bar to fit exactly what you are envisioning.
Street parking by the venue is all free of charge. We also have a free 24 hour municipal parking lot located right behind the venue.
Yes, everything on the main level is all handicap accessible, this would include our bathrooms. The side door entrance has a railing and ramp. The balcony and basement are not handicap accessible.
We include set up of your layout, clean up after your event, tables, chairs, decorative on-site furniture, glassware for the bar, an event manager and bartender, access to the entire venue and a sound system for music.
You get to determine how many hours you want to rent the space. Your rental hours can take place anytime between 6am and 1am the following day.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
We do not offer any on-site catering. You are welcome to pick any licensed caterer of your choice. You and your caterer are responsible for everything in relation to the food. We do have a prep kitchen on-site that is included in your rental fee.
We do have a list of vendors you are more than welcome to explore, but we do not require you to use anyone on our vendor list.

We are located about one hour and thirty minutes from O'Hare International Airport and about fifty minutes from Mitchell International Airport.
