About this venue
Chapel 1899 is a historic church renovated into a unique, elegant wedding venue in Fort Atkinson, WI. They provide complete bar services, two floors of gathering space, a warming kitchen, and a bridal suite. Chapel 1899 is conveniently just an hour outside of Madison and Milwaukee, allowing your guests to reach the Chapel with ease. The main level at Chapel 1899 doubles as a beautiful ceremony and reception space. After the ceremony, the staff will flip the main level to prepare for the reception. Your guests are welcome to enjoy the other gathering areas at this time, such as the lower-level lounge and bar area. Please keep in mind that we have a limit of 100 guests to be seated for dinner. Chapel 1899 provides several services and amenities, including tables and chairs, bartenders, parking, and on-site staff. You and your partner are welcome to bring your caterers of choice. Chapel 1899 is also proud to say it is a fully handicap-accessible location.

Just the Ceremony

Peak pricing $700-1,000
Off-peak pricing $600-1,000
Have your ceremony in a traditional White Chapel then head off to another Venue of your choice for the Reception! This package includes 2-4 hours worth of use of the Venue. Use the Bridal Suite for photos with your Bridesmaids and the downstairs lounge for Groomsman photos pre-Ceremony. Bartending services can also be provided for an upcharge.

Weekend Wedding

Peak pricing $4,500-5,000
Off-peak pricing $3,500-4,000
The Wedding Weekend features time availably from Friday night (rehearsal & decorating) to Sunday at noon (clean up and gift opening). Check with the Venue contact about specific times.

Nothing short of FANTASTIC!
This out of the way Chapel has it all. It’s a beautiful & well run venue that provides memorable spaces for any occasion. Grace went out of her way to make our wedding day special.

We used Chapel 1899 for my daughter’s graduation. It was so nice to have such a wide open and roomy area. Everything was very nice, and it’s a beautiful old church to have a wedding in - will definitely be keeping it in mind for down the road :) Communication from the owners was excellent, as well. Perfect area to set up a photobooth, too :) I didn’t take a lot of pictures, unfortunately, but I got one of that so I’ll share it here.

My daughter was married at Chapel 1899 this past weekend. From the moment we booked it nearly a year ago, Grace has been communicative and extremely helpful. The rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception all ran smoothly and were beautiful! I cannot recommend Grace and Chapel 1899 enough!
