Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible!
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made, are non-refundable. We also require a $400 security deposit, which is refundable post-event, assuming no damages and the venue is returned to its original condition. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
The Solarium can accommodate weddings ranging from intimate gatherings of fewer than 50 guests to large celebrations of over 400 guests.
We do not have in-house catering, but we can recommend local caterers who are familiar with our venue. You are welcome to bring in your own licensed and insured caterer for your event. We also have a fully licensed bar available, with customizable beverage packages to suit your preferences. Use of our Bartender Service is required when purchasing our Bar Packages.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, all decorations must be set up by you or your vendors, and we ask that you follow certain guidelines: No open flames (candles must be enclosed in glass). No fireworks, sparklers, or floating lanterns are permitted. Setup and cleanup times must be coordinated with us in advance. We can arrange for a decorator or florist to access the venue at a specific time.
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. To start the process, simply start a conversation with us on Zola! Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is confirmed.
Smoking is prohibited outside or inside The Solarium.
Yes, for the safety of your guests and to protect our property, we do not allow rice, confetti, glitter, sparklers, silly string, or birdseed. However, bubbles may be used outside the venue.
Your safety and that of your guests are our top priority. We do not allow any modifications to lighting or electrical systems unless approved in advance. Additionally, all exits must remain clear throughout your event.
