From our first email to the day of our wedding, the team at Poplar Creek Barn was responsive and easy to work with. They answered our questions quickly and seemed genuinely invested in making our day special. When our caterer ran behind schedule, they didn't hesitate to run to the store and grab anything we needed so we wouldn't have to stress about it. That kind of problem-solving and flexibility made all the difference when things didn't go exactly as planned. The venue itself is beautiful, and the staff's willingness to go above and beyond really sealed the deal for us. We'd absolutely recommend Poplar Creek Barn to any couple looking for a reliable partner in planning their wedding.

The BEST place to get married. We cannot praise them enough for their attentiveness and all of their help. Ericka is always available and willing to do anything to make the bride and groom happy. My husband and I just got married here last week and it was perfection. They ran with our vision, and they brought it to life. We barely lifted a finger, and they are so reasonably priced for everything! They have groom and bride getting-ready suites, and everything is in one place which is so nice. They even offer a shuttle service if you are interested. We will always recommend Poplar to everyone we know.

Ericka and Dan at Poplar Creek Barn really know how to celebrate and support their couples. They were the only venue we looked at for our August 2026 wedding because we had known from previous reviews and conversations with they checked all of our boxes. From the in-house decor package, to the late night food, vendor recommendations, and accommodations for us, we could tell they cared about us like family and wanted the best for our experience. There was always someone on site to help answer questions on the day of the wedding, and Ericka herself even came to check in on me when I was alone in the bridal suite as the wedding party lined up. During our rehearsal, she helped organize everything - from timeline, to when the couples should start walking, and all the in between questions. We were seriously blown away. While we did not use their day of coordinator package (as we used our own personal attended/DOC), I can see why couples would consider it to lessen the load on themselves/family members/friends. On the flip side, we did use their dinner service, which I would highly recommend to any couple getting married here!

My son and daughter in law just got married at Poplar Creek Barn . It was beautiful! The bridal suite was clean , loved the mini fridge options, the wedding emergency basket was greatly appreciated andHaving a steamer for final touch ups . The guys loved their area with dart board, pool table, couch and mini fridge. The owners and day of coordinator were great. They decorated the barn so beautifully! They asked if everything was good, if we needed anything, were always at attention; but graciously in the background. The runners were picking up after the meal, empty drinks, moving tables and chairs so we could dance the night away.
