    Overwhelmed with gratitude

    The Ballroom At The Reserve was an exceptional choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was incredibly communicative, courteous, and helpful in answering all of our questions. They made us feel at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, their attention to detail was remarkable. When we realized we had forgotten to pick up the cake, they quickly stepped in to ensure it was in place seamlessly, as if nothing had gone wrong. We also had a unique request to have a lamb as our ring bearer, and the team found the perfect space to accommodate the animal and make sure it was comfortable. Being from out of town, we relied heavily on their recommendations, and they truly went above and beyond to bless our special day as we merged our families together from 5 different states. The classic ballroom feel, cleanliness, and fair pricing made this an incredible value. We are so grateful to the entire Ballroom At The Reserve team for making our wedding day unforgettable.

No, We have our own liquor license. The Ballroom at the Reserve will be selling and serving all alcoholic beverages. No carry-ins are allowed on the premises. Any violation of this policy will be subject to fines.

Yes, There are 4 lots adjacent to the building that are available as well as numerous city lots across the street that are available on nights and weekends.
Yes, all our facilities are fully ADA compliant. We have an elevator available for use.
Yes. There is a Double Tree just off our parking lot. We also have partnered with the boutique hotel, Cobblestone Hotel and Suites which is a few minutes away.
At the Ballroom at the Reserve, we only host one event a day to ensure that each couple or client is special and receives our full attention.
Yes, but all outside caterers must be pre-approved by the venue. They must also provide proof of insurance and adhere to venue guidelines.
