“We knew the moment we walked around it had our exact vibe from the physical layout and decor, to the staff and their event management team. There was a lot of “wedding fluff” we wanted to remove from our wedding and Terrain happily accommodated this without making us feel we were losing something on our day or not following “the norm”. Once we booked them, the communication was a perfect amount for me. I am very type A and had spreadsheets, a planning binder, etc., and always felt from our meetings and emails that the staff there were not missing anything, were constantly responding to me timely, and were very serious about making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted while maintaining a positive and friendly vibe. Their questionnaires and planning meetings covered everything and there was rarely a moment I had any lingering questions or concerns. If I did, they would always answer me and address them! On the actual wedding day, every single staff member went above and beyond. Truly everyone was so kind and friendly and on top of their portion of work for the day, I didn’t doubt a single one of them! Specifically, our wedding coordinators and bridal attendants were AMAZING! I knew they’d be there to help out that day - but they cared for us, tended to our every single possible need, and were on top of the one to two issues that came up without letting me event sweat about it. They did not let us stress for a moment, and they were so lovingly attentive I felt I could go to them for anything - a concern, some advice, a dirty wedding dress, an app I missed or fresh drink, ANYTHING! They were really amazing from arrival to departure. They even helped packing everything up so I got to dance the night away and let go! I felt like they were my guardian angels or something! Truly amazing work done by them, I wish they could be there for me for other big events! The wedding went off without a hitch, and our guests absolutely raved about the food, drinks, and staff. We have a few big allergy concerns in our families, and Terrain handled them diligently throughout the evening as if it were their own family. These members of our family came up to us as well and expressed how they felt so safe and included, one cousin told me she hasn’t had a 3 course meal in half a decade, but Terrain made it possible for her to so. I don’t know how it could get much better than that for your wedding guests. Overall, the vibe of the venue can be ‘dressed up’ or down, you can add more decor or leave it as is and it’s gorgeous. I think this venue for that reason can be great for the minimal bride(s) and groom(s) or for those who want to go all out on decor. Terrain will help you either way ensure the space is setup perfectly to your vision. We truly had an amazing wedding and we have no regrets on any aspect. Terrain and our vendors were perfectly matched and all came together beautifully to give us a perfect day! I wish we could go back in time and do it all again!! Thankfully, they have their restaurant we can visit for special occasions, but nothing is better than your wedding day, so don’t hesitate to book them for yours!”

“Skyview Golf Club was the PERFECT place to get married! My now husband and I had a blast at this venue and they made the process soo smooth. Hildegard was a huge help and basically held our hand along the way to make sure we checked everything needed to get done. Not to mention, we were planning a wedding across the country so her communication was essential to this process. I couldn't have asked for a better spot. It's also such a naturally beautiful venue that we didn't need to go overboard with the decoration as they already had a lot of stuff on site! I would 100% recommend this location to people and already have to some of my recently engaged friends! Additionally, their partnered vendors were everything we needed as well. Made it so much easier as they had recommendations already on lock. Thank you again Skyview for making our special night the most memorable.”

“Our wedding at Park Chateau was nothing short of magical in December! We had our ceremony on-site in the chapel and it was absolutely breathtaking. It was intimate, elegant, and the perfect setting to exchange our vows. The reception was stunning to say the least. The staff ensured every detail was flawless, from the setup to service creating an unforgettable experience. Our guests were blown away by the attention to detail. The food was outstanding and cooked to perfection, even our to-go items! The cocktail hour was beyond anything we could have imagined, with an endless variety. From our very first appointment with Dom, we knew we were in the best of hands! Throughout the entire planning process, the entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Devin worked with us closely helping us select our menu and coordinating every detail. The entire team was attentive, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make our vision a reality. On the wedding day, Oscar, Dawn Alix, Jeremiah, and Alanna we’re by our side ensuring we had everything we needed. They even had hand warmers/jacket to keep us warm during our photos outside! “My wife and I got married in Princeton in August, and we hosted a dinner / welcome party at Ficus on a Friday evening. We cannot recommend it highly enough for an event! Every course of dinner was phenomenal, and it felt like we were getting 5-star quality food at a very reasonable price. The smoked salmon canapes, ratatouille, seabass, potato croquettes, desserts - all superb (and that's not even half of the things we ate!). The h'ors d'oeuvres were also delicious, and the service was extremely friendly - Quinta and the team were great to work with prior to the event as well. The space itself was perfect, with a good amount of room on the outdoor patio and plenty of space inside. (We had 80 people at the event). Perfect for folks who might be a little more COVID-cautious and prefer to eat outside. If you want to host an event in Princeton, Ficus is a great spot.”

“I held my local wedding reception at 3BR, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue to celebrate with friends and family who couldn’t attend our destination wedding. The atmosphere at 3BR was relaxed and welcoming, creating the ideal environment for a more intimate celebration. From the start, the owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They kept open communication throughout the planning process and were more than accommodating to our needs. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility—they allowed us to transform the space after hours to fit our vision, and they made sure every detail was taken care of. Not only was the space unique and full of character, but the vibe was truly one-of-a-kind. The cocktails were a hit with our guests, and the overall ambiance made it a memorable evening for everyone. The owners were friendly, pleasant, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made the event even more enjoyable. If you're planning a smaller wedding event or reception, I highly recommend 3BR. It’s the perfect place to host a celebration that feels both personal and special. The combination of great service, a fantastic atmosphere, and delicious drinks makes it a standout venue for any occasion.”

“Rachael and her team were absolutely amazing for our wedding whenever I had a question about the venue I knew I would get a very quick response from Rachael days leading up to the wedding. We kept our eye out on the forecast, hoping to have the ceremony outside in the garden however, with the rain we had to have it inside, but it was still absolutely perfect, they were able to get it, so that way you didn’t see everything underneath the tent during the ceremony and most of the time you didn’t even know they were there.”

“Truly the absolute best venue. When we first starting looking at venues, Gramercy wasn’t on our radar. We were looking at venues and just didn’t feel like we were getting what we wanted. We took a tour and met with Dean and instantly fell in love!!!! The venue was so gorgeous and we were absolutely shocked at everything that came with the venue. You don’t have to pick from the appetizers or meal upgrades or anything, it’s all included! Dean and his team were the best. Again, I was constantly emailing and texting Dean asking about playing with the menu or how many people at a table or room layout- truly so communicative and helpful. Day of, Pauline was so helpful making sure everyone was where they needed to be. She helped me in my dress and was so attentive the whole day. She even texted us a bunch of pictures that night which was so nice to have!! Unfortunately it rained but honestly the ballroom ceremony was beautiful and the team did such a good job. The food was absolutely amazing!!!! Everyone of our guests was so impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. We had a whole spread from cocktail hour in the bridal suite which was so nice. Really truly could not recommend this venue more.”

The property is absolutely stunning in spring—the gardens and house both provided the perfect backdrop for our evening without us having to do much decorating. What really impressed us was how seamlessly everything came together, the catering is a monopoly; our catering coordinator Joanne stepped up and helped manage the space too, making sure every detail was handled. Our guests raved about the venue itself—there's something special about getting married in a place that's been so well cared for by the township. The pricing was very reasonable, which meant we could spend our budget on other things that mattered to us. We'd absolutely recommend Sayen House & Gardens to any couple planning an intimate celebration. The rains earlier in the day made the gardens look like a rainforest out of fairy tales”
