About this venue
Valencia Hall is a popular location for weddings, parties and meetings. The Valencia Hall and historic General Store/Post Office are the last two remnants of Frederick Hihn's logging community of Valencia. Built by Hihn in the early 1880's, these historic buildings allowed the community to gather for a variety of events. Following in this tradition, Santa Cruz County Parks offers this unique facility for your special event.

The peak season begins April 1st and ends October 31st.
The off-peak, or winter season begins November 1st and ends March 30th.
We allow beer, wine, and champagne. An alcohol permit is required.
Yes, there are 38 reserved spaces.
Yes, Valencia Hall is accessible. There is a ramp at the side entrance.
We start taking reservations one year prior to the requested date on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made at scparks.com.
We are unable to offer private tours at this time. We invite you to visit the venues at our Open House Events! Details can be found at scparks.com.
The reservation includes 14 six-foot banquet tables and 80 white folding chairs. The rest - from décor to caterers - is up to you, which makes Valencia Hall an extraordinarily customizable venue.
Valencia Hall can accommodate up to 80 people year-round.
Cell service is very limited and there is no Wi-Fi. This can encourage guests to be more mindful of the event and you. There is a landline phone available for emergencies.
