The Harbor Terrace is our beautiful, versatile outdoor space. Featuring a fire pit, water feature, and partial view of Lake Champlain, it is a truly unique and special space here in the heart of Burlington. We can host gatherings of any sort and are happy to give your guests the perfect space to celebrate. The space is completely flexible to fit your needs.

The Harbor Room

Our largest meeting space, the Harbor Room is an excellent venue for corporate meetings, receptions, and all types of celebrations. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows along the south wall and a large screen & projector, the space is comfortable and bright. At 1,500 square feet, the space is fully flexible and can be whatever you want it to be. This is a perfect venue for social gatherings, celebrations, corporate meetings, and anything else you may need.
