A quiet force that has shaped Burlington over generations, it invites our guests to follow the same flow. Every visit offers a chance to tune into Vermont’s character, grounded in the lake’s gentle pull. The Harborvale is home to three thoughtfully designed event spaces and an outdoor terrace. Natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows, and interiors inspired by our natural surroundings create a sense of expansiveness where creativity takes root and connection can thrive.

A beautiful outdoor oasis in downtown Burlington.
The Harbor Terrace is our beautiful, versatile outdoor space. Featuring a fire pit, water feature, and partial view of Lake Champlain, it is a truly unique and special space here in the heart of Burlington. We can host gatherings of any sort and are happy to give your guests the perfect space to celebrate. The space is completely flexible to fit your needs.

The Harbor Room
An elevated, comfortable space to celebrate together.
Our largest meeting space, the Harbor Room is an excellent venue for corporate meetings, receptions, and all types of celebrations. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows along the south wall and a large screen & projector, the space is comfortable and bright. At 1,500 square feet, the space is fully flexible and can be whatever you want it to be. This is a perfect venue for social gatherings, celebrations, corporate meetings, and anything else you may need.
