About this venue

Sleepy Hollow’s Round Barn and Pavilion feature a majestic view of Vermont’s famed Camel’s Hump from the large reception area that can accommodate up to 165 guests. Have your wedding ceremony by the pond, cocktails under the pavilion and dance the night away in the 17 sided Round Barn. Included in our wedding package is a two-night stay in our eight distinctively decorated guest rooms. Each offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains or our pond. Awaken each morning to a delicious breakfast. We also allow camping for weddings and have a bonfire pit. Your guests will enjoy the lovely grounds and over 30 miles of trails where they can hike, bike or cross country ski. Let Sleepy Hollow set a wonderful atmosphere for your special day!

    Perfect VT Venue!

    Sleepy Hollow is the perfect venue for VT couples looking for an intimate wedding weekend. The venue coordinator is incredible- on top of things, communicative, and well versed in all things wedding. Having the space all to ourselves all weekend to celebrate was so special.

    Warm and Welcoming!

    Sleepy Hollow was so incredible for the wedding weekend. I had family able to stay at the Inn, and the ceremony and reception were also done at Sleepy Hollow. Super responsive in emails, and great to work with. The buildings are so Vermont and the grounds/trails are wonderful.

    The Perfect Vermont Wedding Venue

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at Sleepy Hollow Inn in Huntington, VT! This venue is uniquely Vermont and perfect for a wedding in any season. It offered everything we dreamed of—stunning views, versatile spaces, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made our weekend unforgettable. One of our favorite aspects was that our closest family could stay onsite at the inn, allowing us to maximize our time together. We could even add on having them cook breakfast for us each morning, which was such a thoughtful touch and added to the sense of community and celebration. The versatility of the venue’s spaces gave us complete peace of mind, knowing we’d have a beautiful option no matter what the weather brought. From the charming round barn to the pavilion, gazebo by the pond, and the fire pit, each area offered something special. The bonfires we had both nights were a huge hit with our guests, and everyone loved the swings around the fire—a unique and fun touch! Carol, the innkeeper, was so friendly and accommodating, making sure every detail was taken care of with care and warmth. Her hospitality made us and our guests feel right at home. If you’re looking for a venue that combines Vermont charm, stunning natural beauty, and thoughtful hospitality, we cannot recommend Sleepy Hollow Inn highly enough.     A Dream Venue

    My husband and I got married here on May 27, 2023. It was the most glorious day at one of the most stunning venues in Vermont. Our friends and family from Texas loved getting an authentic Vermont experience. This is the best place to get married in Vermont!

Yes! But they must be in glass and on tables.
You can start setting up as early as 11am on Friday morning.
We have 165 wooden slatted chairs and 165 white plastic chairs available. We have 20 of the 5′ round tables (that seat 8) and 7 of the 4′ round tables (that seat 6) for the balcony. We also have one large 10′ x 3′ and three 2.5 x 8ft buffet tables and one 3′ Round cake table. You need to rent any additional tables or chairs.
We do not rent linens, dishes or flatware. You would need to rent them from your caterer or a rental company. We have a great list on our vendor page.
Yes, we have a stereo system that allows you to connect a phone/laptop or play music from the radio both inside the barn and outside in the pavilion. We have additional portable speakers that have bluetooth connection capabilities and cord microphones. We also have a microphone stand.
We provide four 30 gallon trash bins for garbage and 5 blue recycling bins. Please separate the garbage and recycling and we take care of it for you.
You may have music in the pavilion if it ends before 11 pm. You are welcome to play our stereo system in the barn as late as you want.
