I’m Erinn and I make cakes! That Cake Stand started out in 2017 as a baking blog, then evolved into a licensed home bakery/custom cake business. Now I work from a commercial kitchen in downtown Burlington Vermont, and I specialize in custom cakes for all occasions. I'd love to work with you to make your wedding cake vision come to life!

I have a joyful, offbeat style, and I express that in my cakes. I love classic traditional cakes, and quirky one-of-a-kind cakes, and I bring my skill and enthusiasm to my work with every couple, and every style. Thanks for checking me out!

    Erinn is very friendly and easy to work with. She is very generous with her tastings. Her prices are reasonable and she was so kind to deliver our cake for us as well. We ordered a 4 tier vegan cake with 2 different flavor sponges. By the end of our wedding we only had 4 pieces left. Everyone said it was some of the best wedding cake they have ever tasted. We totally agree! If you are getting married That Cake Stand is a must hire for your wedding cake!

    That Cake Stand makes truly stunning cakes. If you want to impress people or bring yourself joy, a That Cake Stand cake is the way to go. Not only does the designer and chef, Erinn Simon, knock it out of the park every time in terms of the creativity and beauty of designs, but the cakes are also moist and delicious. This company is easy to work with and really professional. I've ordered many cakes from them for lots of occasions, and people are always excited when I show up with one. If you want something unique and stunning, you will NOT be disappointed. I've been amazed at the creativity of the custom cake designs. I'm a particular fan of the unusual black frosting, and the frosting flowers, but there really is no end to the cool stuff they can do. If you can imagine it, I'm confident they can make it happen.
