About this venue

Skyline 609's flexible raw space is perfect for your next cocktail party, seated dinner, wedding, shower or other special event. Our indoor space accommodates 12-80 seated and 100 for cocktail events. The outdoor roof deck accommodated up to 80 at seated rounds, and 150 for cocktail events. Your guests will be wowed by clear, unparalleled views of Capitol Hill, and both spaces can be combined by opening our two 25’ power-assisted garage doors. Both areas are furnished with mid-century inspired furniture. We are a raw space. We do not provide any food or beverage service. Catering, additional furniture, and equipment are permitted using one of the facility’s preferred vendors. It is highly recommended that you visit our website at skyline609 [dot] net/personal for full details and pricing. PLEASE NOTE: There is a 6 hour minimum, which must include any setup and breakdown. We require a professional event planner and catering --- no exceptions.

Stylish New Rooftop for Indoor/Outdoor Events

This flexible space is perfect for your next cocktail party, seated dinner, wedding, shower or other special event. Your guests will be wowed by clear, unparalleled views of Capitol Hill, while feeling COVID-safe. You can comfortably seat 12 to 100 guests indoors, plus the expansive roof deck accommodates another 150 guests for events under the open sky. Both spaces can be combined by opening our two 25’ power-assisted garage doors -- offering COVID-safety.

    We selected Skyline 609 for our unusual dessert-only ceremony and reception. Our (130) guests were wowed by the watching our vows framed by a stunning sunset over the Capitol. The staff was accommodating to our caterer and event planner, and the event went off without a hitch. We'd happily choose Skyline 609 for future events — both personal and corporate.
