Our venue includes two charming tiny homes, picturesque open land for a ceremony by the water, breathtaking sunsets, and friendly farm animals that make for unforgettable wedding photos. Your rental includes access to both tiny homes, a beautiful ceremony arbor, ambient string lighting, and seating for up to 50 guests. Plus outdoor reception area with tent. Absolutely amazing wedding venue. The riverfront ceremony was goregous and so peaceful. Along with the view of the farmland. We added photos with the miniature donkey "Chino", which made our day perfect. The tiny homes were a great added bonus for our bridal party and restroom access.

Yes, as long as you add us to your insurance policy (event policy must be shown 30 days prior to ceremony)

Unfortunately, if you have to cancel the 50% deposit is NON refundable. 40% is due 60 days prior to the ceremony. 10% due 30 days prior to the ceremony.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor. Must have proof of liablity insurance as well.

Yes, all the outdoor areas are wheelchair accessible.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs and dance floor.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our venue is less than 30 minutes to TYS airport. You can reach our venue by private car or uber.
