May, June, July, August, September, October, and November are ideal months for an intimate backyard wedding.
Our venue is located 15 miles away from Logan Airport in Boston, MA. You can reach our venue most easiest by private car or taxi, as well as public transportation via the Commuter Rail in the North End to Swampscott, MA.
Yes, we have ample self-parking available adjacent to the building that would meet most needs of a small reception.
January, February, March, April, and December are usually colder months that would not be ideal for a backyard reception. However, March and April can have some bright spots and we would be open to hosting you as long as you have a backup plan at another site.
We prefer you purchase a beverage package with us to ensure we comply with town rules and regulations.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. The reception is located on the main level adjacent to the parking lot. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
