Our beautiful renovated mill building provides an impressive backdrop for your special day. We give you the flexibility to make your day truly unique. Choose your favorite cuisine for catering, opt for a food truck, or go stress-free with one of our catering partners. With two different spaces on site, we are the perfect choice for a wedding with 30 guests or a wedding that hosts 265. Let our dedicated staff lessen the pre-wedding stress and help you plan an event your guests will always remember.

    Beautiful rustic space exceeded expectations!

    The Hilliard Mills was the perfect place for our fall wedding! Todd did an incredible job accommodating and adapting to all the details and changes that went into the day. He went above and beyond when it came to discussing the run of show, floor plan, equipment, and all other logistical considerations. We can’t recommend this beautiful space more. We got so many compliments on the industrial vibe of the buildings. We were so grateful to have flexibility in the timeline and how we set up the space. Highly recommend for a wedding or large event!

All alcohol must be provided and served by a licensed vendor. Your chosen caterer can provide alcohol, you can hire a mobile bartending service, or one of our partner caterers can provide beverage services, including alcohol provision and serving.
Yes, there is ample parking on site for all guests.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your event needs. Building 4: Available 7 days a week, Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am-midnight. The Steam Boiler Room and The Penthouse: Available 7 days a week, 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. We only book one event per venue per day, so you have your choice of preferred timing.
No. At Hilliard Events, we do not provide in-house catering. Instead, we have established a partnership with both The Hollow Catering and Cafe Aura Catering. They offer our clients exceptional cuisine and service. Alternatively, we are happy to assist you in coordinating with a licensed caterer or food truck of your choice. Our experienced team will work closely with you and your selected vendor to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for you and your guests.

We do not require you to select from a preferred vendors list, allowing you to tailor every aspect of your event to your unique needs. Yes. Hilliard Events offers picturesque settings for on-site ceremonies, tailored to accommodate gatherings of varying sizes. One of our most popular options is the lush lawn overlooking the serene Bigelow Brook. This enchanting setting is elegantly appointed with a stunning white wedding arch and a beautiful slate aisle, creating a breathtaking backdrop for exchanging vows.
