May - September. We do not book starting during these months as our space is fully outdoors.
Yes, however you will need to obtain an alcohol permit (called the Beer Permit) from the City of Phoenix Parks & Recreation website. Security does need to be present while alcohol is being served. We require 2 security guards for over 100 attendees
Yes, the Heritage Garage is located off 6th St and Monroe. There is also paid street parking along Monroe. We can provide contact information for the garage to buy bulk parking for your event.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible excluding the second floor of the Rosson House Museum.
