Orchard Events & Catering is a lush venue that hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, showers and other special occasions. Built around a 1920's era territorial house on the site of a historic citrus orchard, this place is truly a timeless gem in the heart of North Central Phoenix. The venue also boasts a team that is friendly, seasoned and experienced with a heart for a couple's most important celebrations.

The Orchard Patio
The Orchard Patio has a serene setting with a green wall separating it from the lawn. Enjoy plenty of space, a fire pit and string lights. The ambiance is peaceful and private allowing for an intimate dinner party or event.

Our Dining Room is the perfect venue for your next special occasion.
This area comprises both an indoor dining space, as well as a private patio that overlooks our landmark water tower. We offer a range of seating options to accommodate a large number of guests, including a large outdoor communal table, spacious patio seating, a number of indoor seating arrangements

The Lions Den
Our signature Lions Den is the original dining room of this historic home.
Surrounded by windows in three directions, it is bathed in natural light with its private glass door. The room’s centerpiece is an elegant dining table, handmade from a Eucalyptus tree from this exact property. The room is adorned with beautiful lighting and includes a flat panel TV to display presentations or slide shows.

At night, the area is beautifully illuminated with warm hanging lights. Located at the west end of the lawn, our rustic barn welcomes you and your guests with charm and comfort. This venue features air-conditioning and a large covered patio for your comfort. The event area is ideal for bigger private events and can also be expanded to include the Luci’s patio, allowing additional space for larger parties.

Fall wedding
The Orchard by Orchard Events & Catering was a good venue for our wedding. Communication with the venue was a bit lacking, as we were mostly the ones reaching out to them instead of the other way around, except when they were waiting to collect money. However, they did answer all of our questions promptly when we had them. The space itself was great and has a lot of potential for smaller weddings under 100 guests. The manager, whose name I wish I could remember, was really helpful, and the DJ they provided was amazing. The wait staff and bartenders were great! It was also nice not to have to worry about setting up decorations on the day of. The day-of wedding coordinator was a bit chaotic and frazzled, which I feel is not ideal for this important role. Overall, The Orchard is a good option, especially for more budget friendly weddings.
Perfect Wedding Venue - The Orchard
The Orchard by Orchard Events & Catering was a wonderful venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was prompt, efficient, and kind. The team was incredibly organized and made the planning process easy. On the day of, the table settings were beautifully simple and elegant, and the venue itself was easy for our guests to navigate. Overall, the quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional. We are so grateful to the Orchard team for helping make our special day perfect.
Great Venue - Cozy, intimate, beautiful!
Luci's at the Orchard was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. We wanted the feel of a backyard reception and it was that and more! We had about 130 guests and they all fit comfortably with plenty of room for dancing and mingling. April was amazing to work with and worked closely with the vendors and made our day as easy and simple as possible!
Everyone is still talking about it!
Such a magical venue for our Welcome Dinner. Our family and friends are still talking about how much fun they had (and how much they loved the braised short ribs)!
