With stunning, pillar-free spaces adorned with chandeliers, our venues provide the perfect backdrop for ceremonies and receptions of all sizes. Our Grand Ballroom spans 6,350 sq. ft. and seats up to 400 guests with a dance floor, ideal for large, unforgettable celebrations. The adjoining pre-function space is included, offering the perfect spot for a cocktail hour. For a more intimate gathering, the Conrad Ballroom offers 3,878 sq. ft., seating up to 180 guests with a dance floor. Additional lower lobby space is available for cocktails and mingling. Wedding ceremonies hosted onsite are available for $1,000, while reception rental fees are waived with a $15,000 food & beverage minimum. Our dedicated team will assist with planning, catering, and A/V to ensure every detail is flawless.

    The DoubleTree by Hilton Akron/Fairlawn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was efficient, clear, and extremely helpful. The sales team was accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our day was exactly how we envisioned it. The venue itself is large, beautiful, and the staff were fun, friendly, and truly cared about making our wedding day special. They provided excellent vendor recommendations that contributed greatly to the success of our event.
