A gathering place for good!

Our Community & Dining Center features floor-to-ceiling windows to keep your group feeling close to nature. This space provides a flexible floor plan for seated or standing events and meetings, plus an open concept on the lower level. Indoors, groups enjoy a beautiful gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, AV, and all-gender restrooms. This space carries forward some special historic features from the previous camp dining hall – including the dining hall fireplace which is now the outdoor patio fireplace.

    Magical Wedding

    Camp Fire Minnesota gave us the outdoor wedding of our dreams. The camp area was absolutely stunning, and the space felt intimate and gave us dinner in the forest even though we had plenty of room to move around. What really impressed us was how versatile the venue is. We were able to create an all-outdoor dinner experience that felt magical for us and our guests. The natural beauty of the grounds meant we didn't need much extra decoration, which kept things simple and elegant. From start to finish, the team was easy to work with and genuinely cared about making our day special. We'd recommend Camp Fire Minnesota to any couple looking for a unique and beautiful celebration.

We allow groups of 20 or less to bring their own alcohol if they sign our alcohol waiver. This waiver also limits the type of alcohol to beer, wine and low ABV seltzers. We do not allow any THC beverages at any time. For larger groups and weddings, we do require clients to choose one of our preferred bar service partners. We allow but dry hire and full service bartending from these companies to help clients find packages that work best for them!
Yes, we have a large gravel parking lot onsite.
Our Community and Dining Center is wheelchair accessible. We also have accessibility equipment/solutions for areas that are not inherently accessible and trained staff.
Yes, we do require clients to carry event insurance. Typically these policies run between $100-$200 depending on the event type and details.
