Celebrate your special day at Little Lake Barn, a timeless wedding and event venue steeped in history and natural beauty. Originally built by Swedish immigrants in 1904, this meticulously renovated dairy barn offers a stunning backdrop for unforgettable gatherings. Overlooking the serene waters of Little Lake, the venue blends rustic charm with spectacular, modern spaces. The original craftsmanship and unique architecture provide a romantic and elegant setting for ceremonies and receptions, promising a truly magical experience for you and your guests.

The lakefront yellow barn is perfect for a unique Minnesota wedding!
The main floor of Little Lake Barn features grand wooden beamed ceilings, a roomy dance floor, copious space for dining tables and chairs for 100 guests, and access to the grand staircase leading to the upstairs loft (offering additional seating for 50 guests).

Seconds please!
I attended two events at the Little Barn as a guest. The events themselves were great. One was a family reunion; the other, a holiday party. The family reunion was in the fall and the Little Barn was perfect spot for extended family to gather for the afternoon and evening. The lawn was perfect for the kids to play while the grown ups mingled in the screened Barn itself. We had so much fun I was glad when I was invited to a smaller, more intimate holiday party. That party was even better than the first! One memory I'll cherish for a long while is of the several deep conversations I had in one of the side rooms, cozy and warm, while the winter winds blew outside. Highly recommended!

Family Reunion in Little Lake Barn
Little Lake Barn was the perfect place for our family reunion. 60 people across 3 generations. We set up big screen zoom in the barn with those who could not come. Perfect set up - congenial places to talk as we reconnected, dining tables in the barn, great buffet with food from local caterer, kids romping and games played on the expanse looking to the lake. Idyllic and so much fun. The hosts were amazing - helping us with all aspects of set-up and assuring all was in place when everyone arrived. It is an idyllic place. Bravo!
