We’re glad our location and setting initially appealed to you, but we’re sorry to hear that your experience with the planning process and level of support did not meet your expectations. We understand that our large, primarily outdoor property and venue guidelines may not be the right fit for every couple. Our policies are intended to help protect the property and keep events running safely and smoothly, but we recognize that they can sometimes feel restrictive. We’re also sorry that you felt you had to take on more DIY work than anticipated and that our communication did not feel as consistent or involved as you needed. We take your comments about our marketing materials and the accuracy of current information seriously and will review them as we continue updating how we represent the venue.
