Cadillac Jack's Honkytonk Saloon

I frequently come here to line dance, and I absolutely love that they’re open every day. The space is also so cute and well decorated, and I really want to see this place succeed. However, I do have a few complaints, mostly regarding the staff. First, this is a line dancing bar, hence the dance floor, but it can be surprisingly difficult to get the bartenders to actually play music for dancing. You have to request songs, which I don’t mind, but the requests often aren’t played, and random non-dancing music will start playing instead. If keeping up with individual requests is difficult, I would suggest simply having a playlist of popular line dancing songs ready to go. My second complaint is the bartenders closing early. I’ve been here twice in the past few weeks when the bartenders stopped serving around 11:30. Not 2 a.m. like the door says, and not midnight like it says online, but 30 minutes early. If the bar is going to close at 11:30, that’s completely fine, but it would be nice for the hours to be clearly communicated so people know before making the trip. Lastly, there was an altercation the other night involving IDs. A bartender believed that a group of girls had fake IDs and was extremely rude to them, which understandably led to them becoming rude in return. They were eventually kicked out for being “under 21.” I later found out that they were, in fact, over 21. I completely understand that staff have the right to refuse service if they believe an ID is questionable, but the attitude and certainty with which the bartender handled the situation were what really bothered me. I hope these issues can be addressed because this place genuinely has so much potential. I love having a place to line dance, and the atmosphere is great. I just think the experience could be significantly better with more consistent music, accurate hours, and better customer service from the staff.

This place was great! Awesome music, pool tables, excellent staff, and even a line dance instructor! We went during the week but I bet the weekends there are so fun!

My Husband, I came To This place and it’s Really Fun playing darts and the music is good. Really chill vibes. Line dancing was so much fun too

UPDATE 8/5/26. Michelle and Troy led the investigation and have assured me that my girlfriend will not be responsible for the bartenders error. I’ve been told that a refund will be received and understand that this will require time to process. Thanks SO much for your help and we are looking forward to returning soon. 😀 Fun establishment but inattentive bartenders who gave my girlfriend the incorrect tab. Was linked to other patrons card but she asked bartender to remove a drink thinking one was accidentally added then payed tab. Ended up with 2 charges including an inflated tab due to walkout charge or inflated tip. Disputing both charges with the bank and hoping for merchant cooperation and resolution. Will update and or remove review upon successful outcome. Be mindful of open tabs and using credit cards here.
