Hello! I am that social butterfly who loves to plan EVERYTHING!! You name it, I've planned it! Weddings are my passion so it was just natural for me to start planning them professionally! Weddings by Nicole G, LLC (WBNG) was founded on the premise of celebrating ALL love! We listen to you and your desires for your day to ensure that it comes to fruition while allowing you to enjoy every moment with your family and friends! When I am not planning, I enjoy wine tastings, booking travel for clients, traveling with my husband, and being "GiGi" (Grandma) to a beautiful little boy! This package includes planning all details for the wedding day from the very start of the planning process including unlimited phone calls during business hours, in-person/virtual meetings, researching and recommending vendors, contract review, design planning, floorplan + diagrams, rehearsal coordination as well as being onsite for 12 hours on the wedding day.

Have you ever dreamed of getting married somewhere exotic, tropical, off the beaten path, or across the world? Our expert destination wedding planner will guide you through all of the ins and outs needed to have the wedding experience you have always imagined! We will research locations and guest accommodations based on your requirements.

Our Event Management package is perfect for couples who have completed all of their planning, but want to be able to relax and enjoy their wedding day! We will begin to create a logistical plan for your wedding within 3 months of your wedding.

    Nicole G is an Exceptional Wedding Planner!

    Nicole was so helpful to us as we planned and executed our wedding! She always answered any questions that we had as we prepared for our day, and she provided us with helpful resources and recommendations to ensure that we thought through all of the important logistical details. On the day of the wedding, she managed everything so seamlessly! We had a couple of hiccups throughout the day that she resolved with ease without even needing to bother us – and our guests all were so impressed at how smooth the day went! Nicole did a phenomenal job of overseeing everything and allowing us to be present during our wedding day, and we highly recommend booking with her!

We make it our goal to ensure your wedding planning experience is stress-free and painless. Another unique characteristic about our company is we also offer Honeymoon planning and travel arrangements as well as securing your hotel blocks for your out-of-town guests!

Your time spent with us will depend on the service you choose. Our Full Planning and Destination wedding planning services require many hands on and planning meetings to cycle through the entire wedding planning process. With our Event Management Package you will begin spending time with us about 3 months prior to your wedding day.
The majority of your with us will be done with our Owner and Lead Planner, Nicole. You will also be working with our Virtual Assistant, Irish during the planning cycle. The size of your wedding, (guests and wedding party), will determine the number of team members we bring with us on your wedding day.
YES, we ABSOLUTELY do! We have several venues we can recommend to you based on your vision and we maintain an ongoing list of professional, reputable vendors.
