If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the beginning....Lynn was organized, responsive and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring which made the entire process so much less stressful. She didn't only coordinate the event but poured her heart into every detail. She arrived ready to work, took initiative and transformed our visual into something beautiful. Her passion, professionalism and care for her couples definitely shows in her dedication and work. I am forever grateful to have had her and her team the day of my wedding and throughout the planning. We've created such a great connection, I hope to visit and see her again !

We hired Lynn as our "Day of Coordinator" with her Implementation Plus package and she went above and beyond for us! We met with Lynn many times before our wedding (both on the phone and in person). I felt so prepared going into our wedding & Lynn kept me incredibly calm throughout all of the planning! Lynn and her team made it so we did not have to worry about a single thing day of & made our wedding go so smoothly! We would recommend Lynn & her team 1000000 times if we could! They are the absolute best!

We used Lynn Henderson with Water to Wine Weddings to help plan our in Southport, and she was amazing. She was always super responsive, organized, and easy to work with, and kept everything on track throughout the process. We had terrible weather on our wedding day and had to change our ceremony location last minute, and Lynn handled everything with our vendors so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was also incredible, so kind, helpful, and on top of everything all day. Because of Lynn, I was actually able to relax and enjoy our wedding. I would 100% recommend her!

I cannot recommend working with Lynn and her staff at Water to Wine Weddings and Events enough. Lynn was absolutely amazing from the early stages of gathering inspiration all the way through bringing our vision to life. As someone who struggles with making decisions, Lynn truly took that weight off my shoulders. She came to me with ideas and suggestions that were so thoughtful and intentionally crafted. She kept me calm, organized, and made everything feel completely manageable. What meant the most to me was how well she listened—she really heard what I wanted, helped guide me in the right direction, and gave me the confidence to trust her throughout the entire process. I truly felt like I could rely on her to lead and trust the process. She coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, and our timeline went off without a hitch. The space was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Everything flowed so effortlessly on the day of the wedding, and Lynn was always there whenever I needed anything. She made the entire experience feel fun, exciting, calm, and low-pressure—something I didn’t think was possible while planning a wedding. Lynn with Water to Wine Weddings & Events was hands down the best vendor I hired for my wedding. From our very first phone call (which was just a free consultation), I knew she was someone special! She helped me through the planning process and thought of so many little details I never would have even considered. She also helped me save money in areas that didn’t matter as much so I could really focus on what was important to me, which I appreciated so much. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was such a calming presence. She was always a text, call, or email away from small to large questions. Honestly, it felt like I was talking to a good friend rather than someone I hired. You can truly tell how much she cares about her clients, and that made such a difference. On the day of the wedding, we were supposed to have our ceremony outside overlooking the beach, but the weather ended up being cold and rainy. Lynn handled everything so seamlessly. She coordinated with all of our vendors and completely switched everything to our Plan B—and somehow it turned out even better than Plan A. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Her communication is amazing—she’s super responsive, organized, and always on top of it. My parents were obsessed with her and her team, and are still talking about how awesome they were! Also, once everything was handled, her team even got out on the dance floor to keep the energy going. My biggest goal for my wedding day was to just be present and enjoy time with the people I love, and Lynn is the reason I was able to do that. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and honestly just wish I had found her earlier in the process.
