We offer Partial Planning packages for those clients who wish to take a more hands-on approach to their special event.     The best decision I made about my wedding rehearsal, my ceremony, and my reception was to hire the Victoria Belle Event Planning team. Vickie and her team helped me every step of the way. I received advice about my venue, my vendors, and my budget. This was the first time my husband and I were ever involved with any wedding. We were clueless. With the help from Victoria Belle Events, our wedding day was Superb! Every minute was fun and exciting. We did not have to worry about anything the day of because all decisions were made and all details were implemented. Everything was beautiful as well.
