Valerie Schantz, owner of Valerie Miller Events, has planned and produced events professionally for over 21 years. Starting her career in the nation’s capital, Valerie quickly moved up the ranks in one of Washington D.C.’s elite catering companies. There she learned first-hand the ins and outs of handling the most prestigious parties and clientele. Valerie expanded her services in 2007 to Austin, Texas. With her roots in weddings, lavish corporate/private parties, and a gamete of political events, Valerie has now carved out a loyal fan base on the Austin event planning and design scene.

With her years of experience, and an amazing team by her side, she focuses highly on customer service and meticulous attention to detail. “My clients’ needs are the single most important thing to me when planning an event,” Valerie says. “They know that no matter how large or small their needs are, I’ll provide them with the best customer experience. My mission is to make any vision come to life and to assure that all guests have a wonderful time.”

Created for those couples who want all the details to be professionally coordinated and designed by an experienced team. You and your guests can have a one of a kind experience that is uniquely designed to fit your vision, style and vibe as a couple. Our team will take care of the design, planning, and execution of your wedding in our signature Planned To Perfection Style.

Working with a talented coordinator starting six months from your wedding date, we include everything in our Coordination Only package but we add in the planning and directional help you need. We will start with you immediately upon booking to help you with key vendor recommendations & contract negotiations. Then we will help each step of the way to ensure everything is truly in its place.

This package is for the bride who's handling all the planning, but wants professional month of services. It includes one of our talented coordinators and starts about a month before the big day. Making sure all moving pieces are in place, we contact, confirm and manage the vendors you have chosen. We create a timeline and floor plan, handle your rehearsal and are on-site through the end of the night.
