My business and mission and why I started this is because I have a passion for families, friends and all in-between to make memories and to be present in the moment. I strive to be budget friendly for those that want to have a wedding but can't afford the high price tags but get same quality of work. I treat every event and wedding as if I was planning it for my daughter or little sister with all my heart energy and positivity. All love matters to me and that's why I'm inclusive to any and all. I want you to enjoy every milestone event and celebration you can.

I'll give the best service to each client regardless of how large thier wallet is. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly. Everyone deserves love and to be loved. I have been known to even be bridesmaids, guests and more to pure strangers that had little to no support in a special time of thier lives for free. I want my clients be present, connect, and enjoy thier guests and family. Also, I just really love people and I don't intent to just be your hired planner I intend to be your support system, friend and get to know you and your spouse and bring your story, and uniqueness into your wedding day.

Description

This is for the couples that want to sit back and enjoy the engagement era and not stress about planning anything or this is a destination wedding. We offer from day of signed contract and retainer paid til the end of the wedding event full access to us and our expertise. Vendor sourcing, up to 3 venue tours, full vendor management and communications, contract review, budget management. Monthly check in calls. Day of coverage included.

For guest counts under 50. Can be planning or just day of coordination. Dont want the whole production of a full wedding no problem, lets make it intimate and just about you and your close loved ones.

For the couples who want to be involved but are busy or just dont know where to start or how. We collaborate and help them and support and walk them through it so its not stressful and they can enjoy the planning process. Day of coordination included. Based on guest count additional charges may apply for assistants.

You did all the planning and now its time to pass the tourch to us for your day of management. We review timelines, take over vendor communications, day of vendor management. Set up and tear down we will be 1st in and last out to be sure your day goes exactly as you wanted and handle any obstacles along the way. We are point of contact you can be present and enjoy and relax and celebrate with your loved ones. Includes rehearsal.

    Great experience

    Working with Renae at Timeless Moments and Events LLC was by far the best experience we've had planning an event. She was always easy to reach and made herself available whenever we needed to talk through our vision. Renae was relentless in giving us exactly what we asked for, and when a few things weren't possible, she found solutions that exceeded our expectations instead. What stood out most was how she took all the stress out of planning—we never had to worry about whether something was handled because she had it covered. Our wedding day felt like it was truly about us, not about logistics or details falling through the cracks. We absolutely loved working with her and would recommend Renae to any couple looking for a planner who actually cares.

    Amazing

    Everything was amazing and more than I could have dreamed.There is noone else I would recommend. Everything was smooth if there were issues we never knew thats the key Renae gets it taken care of so you can have your day. If you choose anyone else you have chosen wrong!
