Quartz Creek Events

We are Quartz Creek Events, event planners and day-of coordinators based in the Western North Carolina mountains. We fell into this work because we love watching people build something meaningful together and there's nothing quite like helping a couple create their dream day they've been imagining. Our approach is calm, hands-on, supportive and detail-obsessed. Our goal is to have you actually get to enjoy your wedding, not just survive it. When we aren't coordinating timelines and chasing down vendors, you'll probably find us together on a trail somewhere in these mountains, which is honestly where half our best ideas come from.

We truly know these mountains, not just the pretty parts you see in photos. We know which venues have a gorgeous view and a nightmare of a road getting there, which spots need a rain plan by 2pm not 6pm, and which local florist actually shows up when they say they will. That kind of knowledge doesn't come from a checklist, it comes from being here and paying attention. Our job is to catch the thing you didn't know to ask about, before it becomes a problem on your wedding day.
