With a smaller guest count and simplified flow, you’ll receive the same calm, organized coordination just on a more intimate scale.

Wedding Day Coordination is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to manage the details on the big day. I step in closer to the wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and oversee logistics so everything runs smoothly. From the rehearsal through the wedding day, I handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

    If you want a truly flawless wedding day, you need Danielle. Full stop. Danielle was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She thought of things I never even knew I should be thinking about, and she handled them effortlessly. Her organization and attention to detail were next level.
