Month-of coordination includes unlimited communication starting 6 weeks out, a detailed timeline, vendor confirmation, venue walk-through, 1-hour rehearsal management, and up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination.     A Happy Bride!!

    Tayler, I have to give you a huge shoutout for stepping up and basically becoming my wedding coordinator the day of. After I planned my dream wedding I definitely didn’t realize how much a coordinator is needed until I saw how much you took care of behind the scenes. You kept everything running smoothly, handled any hiccup and made sure we could actually relax and enjoy the day all while being present, supportive and one of my bridesmaids!! Although it’s called “day-of”, true coordination begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding. I step in to learn your vision, gather details, build your timeline, confirm vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
Absolutely! I complement the venue coordinator by managing the entire wedding experience – details, décor, personal items, etc., so that the venue can focus on venue-related responsibilities.
Yes! Timeline creation and assistance is included in my partial planning and coordination packages. I also share it with your vendors and handle communication leading up to the event.
My partial planning and month of coordination packages include décor breakdown and cleanup of all personal items. This can also be added as an upgrade to any of my décor specific packages.
Rehearsal coordination is a part of both my partial planning and month of coordination packages.
Yes! Travel fees may apply depending on distance and venue requirements. I serve weddings across Northern California.
Yes! My packages include setup of all personal items. Although, any large/heavy items require an upgrade as I will need assistance.
