Wedding and Event planner/coordinator I’ve always loved celebrating life’s most meaningful moments, which is what ultimately led me to planning. Planning my own wedding gave me a deep appreciation for the beauty, emotion, and details that go into creating a truly unforgettable day. When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll probably find me at Starbucks with a pink drink, painting something creative, or dreaming about my next beach trip. At home, I’m kept company by my two perfect cats, Simba and Pepper.
Before stepping into the wedding world, most of my professional background was in the medical field, where I developed a strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Fabulous, kind, respectful, collaborative.
Working with The Ivory Veil Co. was a game-changer for my business. Alayna was involved from day one and created a comprehensive planning system with photos of each vendor, detailed contact information, family member names and photos and every logistical detail that mattered. Her communication kept everyone on the same page, and she coordinated seamlessly with all of the team members throughout the event. What really stood out was how she cared for the couple, she made sure the bride and groom had plates of food prepared exactly how they wanted, stayed hydrated, and were genuinely comfortable the entire day. It's clear she treats every aspect of a wedding with intention and professionalism. I'd absolutely love to work with her again.

Boise Classic Touring (the Classic car) LOVED working with Alayna for a wedding last night at The Botanical Gardens. The chauffeur knew exactly where to go because of Alayna's detailed instructions, and Alayna was very communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Ivory Veil Co planned my baby shower and it was such a wonderful experience! There were so many details that were handled that I did not even think about!
