The Final Chapter | Day-of Coordination — $1,500+ For couples who’ve planned their wedding. Includes final consultation, timeline review, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day setup oversight. The Thoughtful Chapter | Partial Planning — $3,000+ Includes planning guidance, vendor recommendations, décor and color selections, budget check-ins, timeline creation, and wedding-day coordination. The Signature Chapter | Full-Service Planning — $6,000 Up to 12 months of support, including budgeting, venue tours, vendor booking, design, rental selections, vendor management, timelines, and wedding-day execution.
For full-service wedding planning, I recommend booking 9–12 months in advance so we have plenty of time to bring your vision to life. For partial planning, 6–9 months is ideal, while wedding-day coordination is best booked 3–6 months before your wedding. However, I understand every couple’s timeline is different! I happily welcome last-minute inquiries based on availability. My goal is to make your planning experience seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free, no matter where you are in your wedding journey.

Whether you’re planning an intimate garden wedding, a beautiful coastal celebration, or a destination wedding, I’d love to be part of your special day. I’m always open to traveling to bring your vision to life! Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Wedding-day coordination is perfect for couples who’ve planned their wedding but want someone to bring everything together! My coordination services begin 4–6 weeks before your wedding, when I’ll review your plans, finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and coordinate your rehearsal and wedding day. Full-service planning begins up to 12 months before your wedding. I’ll guide you through budgeting, venue and vendor selection, design, décor, and every meaningful detail along the way. Whichever package you choose, my goal is for you to feel supported, stress-free, and fully present on your special day!
Absolutely! I love getting creative with couples and finding beautiful, budget-friendly ways to make their wedding feel personal! From centerpieces and signage to seating charts, favors, and unique décor, I’m happy to brainstorm ideas, recommend supplies, and help bring your vision to life. Want me to actually create or assemble these special touches for you? I’d love to! I offer hands-on DIY design, crafting, and assembly for an additional $75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Materials and supplies are billed separately.
Of course! I love when couples have already found vendors they’re excited about! Whether you’ve booked your dream photographer, florist, caterer, or DJ, I’m happy to step in and work alongside your existing team. Depending on your package, I’ll help communicate important details, coordinate schedules, review logistics, and ensure everyone is on the same page leading up to your wedding. I believe a beautiful wedding comes together when everyone works as a team!
