    Giving Me My Happily Ever After

    Client- Centered, Honest, and Warm! As a Type B Bride, I needed someone who could be my right hand, shed wisdom where needed, and keep things in order. She has done just that! Kaitlin has been there to verify that all of my logistics were in line and that I’d have the wedding of MY dreams! I have seen her in real time during the planning process for another bride and knew I needed her on my team. I remember her considering unthought of details, picking up a glue gun or even a makeup sponge where needed to keep wedding day running on time. My favorite thing about Kaitlin is despite the background chaos, she knows how to make sure the bride feels confident and special. Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana area has an absolute gem in the wedding business!

    Easiest to work with

    Working with Kaitlin at The Estelle Wedding Co. was such a relief from start to finish. She responded to our messages quickly and always knew exactly what to do, which meant we didn't have to stress about the details. When our custom portrait painting didn't arrive on time, Kaitlin jumped into action and grabbed a blank one from Hobby Lobby, then hand-painted our last name on it herself—problem solved. She wasn't afraid to take charge when we needed her to, especially when dealing with some difficult family members on the groom's side who she handled with total grace. On top of being organized and efficient, she kept us laughing the whole way through planning. We couldn't have asked for a better planner.

Day-of coordination focuses on bringing your plans to life and managing the details on your wedding day. Month-of coordination provides additional support in the weeks leading up to your celebration. Both include preparation before the wedding so I can understand your plans and be ready for your day. I’ll share the details of each package during our consultation.
