Hi NearlyWeds! Tate + Co is ready to help you enjoy your engagement season while you prepare for your marriage! It is my mission to help you set aside any things that are causing you stress or anxiety so that you can enjoy the beautiful start to your marriage. I've worked with couples all over the mid-Atlantic crafting their perfect day, and I'm excited to meet you and help you on your wedding journey!
Tate + Co was founded by a fashion industry professional, so the eye for design is paramount, as well as attention to detail. No stone goes unturned to create the perfect event for our couples. We take immense pride in our work, so anything less than extraordinary is unacceptable!

The Best Experience We Could've Asked For!
Madi and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. Truly the most organized, efficient, detail oriented, and sweetest person around. She made our dream wedding come to life and took so much stress of our plate. I could not recommend her services enough!
Best Wedding Coordinator EVER!!!
Madi and her team at Tate & Co. were absolutely incredible! As our day-of coordinator, Madi went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding, we had several virtual meetings (she also offers in-person meetings) where we could ask questions, share our vision, and address any concerns. She always listened carefully and made sure we felt confident and prepared. One of the biggest reliefs was when we mentioned that our cake vendor didn’t deliver and that my groom was planning to pick it up the morning of the wedding. Without hesitation, Madi stepped in and said one of her team members would handle it instead which was a HUGE weight off our shoulders and such a thoughtful gesture. On the wedding day itself, she kept me stress-free, worked wonderfully with our vendors, and made sure our timeline stayed perfectly on track. She executed my wedding vision beautifully, and I truly could not have asked for a better coordinator. We’ve already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so every chance we get!

Madi was truly exceptional for our May wedding! From coordinating our rehearsal at the venue to flawlessly managing every detail on the big day, she went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism and calm, confident presence instantly put us at ease, and her deep knowledge of the wedding process was invaluable. What sets Madi apart is not just her ability to handle logistics, but her thoughtful, intuitive support throughout the entire experience. She anticipated needs we hadn’t even considered, taking care of the little details that made a big difference. A perfect example? We completely forgot to ask anyone to record our first dance. Without us ever mentioning it, Madi had captured it on video and sent it to us a few days later, a moment we thought we lost, now gets to be seen forever. If you're looking for someone who will ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, while also making you feel completely supported and cared for, Madi at Tate Co. is the one you want. We can't recommend her highly enough!
Best Wedding Planning Service in the DMV!
Madi and her assistant Jordan were absolutely incredible! If she has your date available, BOOK HER! I truly feel that Madi and her team went above and beyond. I can be quite indecisive and Madi put up with my back and forth decisions, indecisions, and last-minute changes. She was incredibly responsive and never let more than 24-48 hours go by for a response. She crafted a wedding day timeline that accommodated any requests I had and alleviated any concerns I had. One of the button loops on my dress had broken the morning of the wedding and we lost some time getting ready focusing on fixing that. But Madi was able to reassure me that I was on time and nothing would go on without me. My husband and I did not feel rushed and everything went so smoothly; all décor was placed exactly where we envisioned and was absolutely perfect. Events and people were kept moving and on-time. Jordan was so helpful with family photos and holding my bouquet when needed. I had another issue with my dress and Madi was literally a superhero fixing it on the fly. At the end of the night, everything was loaded up where it was supposed to go. My husband and I were able to sincerely enjoy the day and not lift a finger for anything. I personally have a hard time letting go of control over things (thank you school group project trauma) but Madi and Jordan worked their magic, reassured me, and felt such relief knowing I could trust them! If I could have Tate Co coordinate our wedding all over again, I would in a heartbeat!
