I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and have visited areas throughout Mexico, including Akumal, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, Isla Mujeres, and Cozumel. I can also be onsite at your resort to help execute the plans and ensure everything comes together seamlessly on your wedding day.

Yes! My destination wedding travel planning services are complimentary to couples who secure a room block of 10 or more rooms through me. I’m compensated by the resorts, so there is no additional planning fee for my travel services. This includes resort selection, negotiating room blocks, guest hotel reservations, and ground transportation arrangements. Optional full-service wedding planning (decor + execution) is a separate paid service.
Inclusions vary by resort and package. Many packages include a ceremony location, a symbolic ceremony, a bouquet and boutonniere, a wedding cake, rehearsal dinner and a basic setup. Some offer a private reception, photography, gazebos, or other extras. Upgrades, outside-vendor fees, décor, entertainment, and additional guests may cost extra. I help you compare the fine print so you understand what’s included before committing.
Your total investment depends on the resort, travel dates, guest count, wedding package, and upgrades you choose. Some resort wedding packages start around $3,000 (not including flight + hotel), while more elaborate celebrations can cost more.
