    Regan Duffy Events is AMAZING!

    Highly recommend Regan for all of your wedding planning needs! She puts so much effort, hard work, and detail into everything she does. We truly could not have done it without her there by our side from the rehearsal dinner, to wedding day! Many of our guests complimented her amazing work and how seamless she made every aspect of our wedding!

    Highly recommend

    Working with Regan Duffy Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Regan's communication throughout the planning process was clear and reliable, which gave us confidence every step of the way. She handled all the details we couldn't have managed on our own like making sure everything was set up perfectly for our guests. On our wedding day, Regan made sure we could actually enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about logistics. Her attention to detail and quality work made our day feel seamless and special.     Amazing to work with

    From my first conversation with Regan, I knew she was the right fit for our wedding day. She communicates in a way that's both kind and direct—she gets things done with grace and calm, which made the entire planning process stress free. On the day of the wedding, Regan handled everything from organizing the procession to coordinating with all our vendors, and she even thought about the little details like bringing us water and making sure appetizers and desserts were served at the right moments. Her thoughtful approach and willingness to take initiative on small things made such a difference in how smoothly everything flowed. Honestly, I don't know how we would have pulled off our wedding day without her. We can't recommend Regan Duffy Events enough!

    10/10!!

    Regan was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. I really vacillated on whether to get a day-of coordinator as I had done all of the planning myself and as we already had a very competent site coordinator, but after hearing rave reviews about Regan from a family member I knew we had to get her on board! She was able to jump into the last minute planning with only two weeks' notice and got right to work. Leading up to the wedding, Regan was proactive with suggestions and communication, and she ensured we had a plan for specific details we would never have thought to organize (i.e. who was taking my second dress to the venue, the specific arrangement of the wedding party at the ceremony, etc.). On the wedding day, my husband and I--and our party and families!--did not have to manage anything. We had a minor mix-up with the delivery of some of the florals, and she got it straightened out within 20 minutes. I've been in a lot of weddings, and I have to say that mine was the smoothest/least stressful of them all due in no small part to Regan's involvement. Most importantly, I felt listened-to when I would make requests about things I wanted for the day-of and when I just needed to vent. I cannot recommend enough using Regan to make sure your wedding day is perfect.

    10/10 Wedding Coordinator

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Regan as our day-of wedding coordinator! She truly went above and beyond in every way. She took care of every little detail, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we never had to worry about a thing. One of the greatest compliments we can give her is that if there were ever any issues behind the scenes, we never knew about them. She handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. From keeping us on schedule to making sure our vendors and guests had everything they needed, she was always one step ahead. Her organization, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a huge difference in our experience. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We would recommend her to any couple without hesitation!

Yes! Travel fee(s) are based on location but we will go anywhere you want to take us to make sure your wedding day is seamless and stress-free!
Right now, it's just me! I do have a few assistances who help me out if I need more hands on deck but that does not change the price I charge you. That's a decision I make depending on the needs of the day to make sure everything behind-the-scenes are happening seamlessly.
