From a vendor’s perspective, having a planner who values the entire team makes such a difference. My experience with Terra comes as a vendor (an artist/stationer), not as a client. After working with her on a recent event, I can honestly say, she is a DREAM to work with... and I have nothing but praise for her and how she plans and executes an event. First and foremost, she is thoughtful- in her interactions and also in her approach to planning a customized, meaningful event. She is creative- asking how we could push the envelope and come up with unique ideas. She is easy to communicate with- all of her correspondence was professional, friendly, informative and timely. She is ORGANIZED- there was never a moment in the brainstorming/planning process when I felt like things were getting out of control. And most importantly- she is a KIND and considerate human. You feel genuine warmth radiating off of her when you share the same space. You might expect these to be qualities of all event planners. As a vendor with 16 years of experience, I can assure you, they are not. Terra is the full package, a unicorn, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to plan a thoughtful, beautiful event. Terra did a wonderful job planning my daughter’s wedding. She made the entire day beautiful, seamless and completely stress-free for our family. Her care and attention to every detail were evident throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. She was truly invested in bringing the bride’s vision to life and she exceeded our expectations in every way. We were beyond thrilled with all of her hard work and are so grateful for everything she did to make the day so special. If I could give 6 stars I would, words CANNOT describe how perfect and seamless Terra made our entire wedding day and planning process. I gave her full reigns to make my vision come true and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! We had one request for the day and it was to not be stressed out and I don't think there was a single moment that we felt any stress at all. Terra is the absolute BEST; organized, structured, well-prepared and overall just a joy to work with and an amazing human! If we had to do it all over again I would choose her on every occasion! Best garden disco party ever!!!

Hiring Plan it Terra enabled me to sleep at night without worrying about wedding details and enjoy every minute of the wedding day. Terra’s organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail went above and beyond. I was initially hesitant about the cost of a full-service wedding planner, but Plan It Terra was worth every penny. Terra really listened to our wishes and quickly picked up on the vibe and style that we wanted. She matched us with appropriate vendors, orchestrated the meetings, and navigated all of the challenges perfectly. When the weather took a turn for the worse on wedding day, I didn’t worry, because I knew Terra had a rain plan if necessary. She treated us like her most important and only client, even though we are in the busiest part of wedding season. During the planning stages Terra was on every detail (hundreds of them!) from creating and managing the wedding website, to ordering invitations. She was the point person for the vendors and guided me through contracts, details and payment schedules. On the wedding day Terra and her team managed all the moving parts flawlessly. They were responsible for getting the items to the right places (including frozen ice cream), moving and loading cars, communicating with vendors, beautiful signage, last minute changes due to weather, and keeping our time line on track. Terra’s expertise, dedication, professionalism, and calm leadership were invaluable, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. I can’t imagine trying to do this without her.
