Petals Planners was created from a genuine love of celebrating life’s biggest moments. I’m Jessica, a wedding planner who believes every couple deserves a beautiful, organized, and stress-free wedding day. I enjoy getting to know each couple personally so their celebration truly reflects their style, story, and vision. From creating timelines and coordinating vendors to helping with design ideas and logistics, I’m passionate about making the planning process easier and more enjoyable. Seeing everything come together and watching couples enjoy their day surrounded by family and friends is what inspires me to do this work.

At Petals Planners, we focus on personal attention, organization, and calm problem-solving so couples can relax and enjoy their wedding day. We take the time to truly understand what matters most to each couple and help bring that vision to life while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Our approach blends creativity with detailed planning so every moment feels effortless. We also believe communication and support are key throughout the entire process, making sure couples always feel confident and cared for from the first conversation to the final send-off.

    A Perfectly Coordinated Wedding Day

    Brittany and Jessica were incredible to work with for our wedding at Stonebridge Manor. Brittany photographed special moments before the ceremony and also handled the planning with amazing organization. On the day of the wedding, she and Jessica coordinated everything seamlessly—from vendors to the timeline and décor details. Their calm, professional approach made the entire day feel effortless and stress-free for us. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding knowing everything was in great hands. I highly recommend them to any couple planning their big day!

    Wonderful Support and Beautiful Photos

    I’m so grateful for Jessica and Brittany and everything they did to help make our wedding day so special. Brittany was our photographer and did an incredible job capturing all of the moments throughout the day. She was professional, easy to work with, and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. The photos turned out beautiful and we’ll cherish them forever. Jessica was actually one of my bridesmaids, but she still went above and beyond by helping with decorating, setting up our ceremony and reception spaces, and making sure everything looked perfect before guests arrived. She even stayed to help with cleanup at the end of the night. Having them both there made the whole day feel so much less stressful. They truly care about the couples they work with and it shows in the way they support you every step of the way.

When you work with us, you’ll have dedicated support from planners who truly care about making your wedding day seamless and enjoyable. Jessica focuses on planning, timelines, and making sure every detail comes together smoothly. Brittany brings a creative eye and strong coordination skills, helping manage vendors, logistics, and the overall flow of the day. Depending on your package and the needs of your wedding, one or both of us may be present to ensure everything runs beautifully so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
The amount of time we spend together depends on the level of planning support you choose and your wedding’s specific needs. For day-of coordination, we typically begin working closely with couples several weeks before the wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and ensure every detail is organized for a smooth celebration. For partial or full-service planning, we spend more time together throughout the planning process with check-ins, planning guidance, and support as decisions come up. Our goal is always to be available, responsive, and supportive so you feel confident and stress-free leading up to your wedding day.
Petals Planners offers flexible wedding planning support based on each couple’s needs. Our services include day-of coordination, partial planning, and guidance throughout the planning process to keep everything organized and stress-free. We help create timelines, coordinate vendors, and manage the flow of the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition to planning, we also offer event setup and cleanup, bartending support, and photography services when needed. Our goal is to provide reliable support so couples can relax and truly enjoy their celebration.
Our planning style is organized, supportive, and focused on creating a stress-free experience for couples. We believe every wedding should feel personal and reflect the couple’s unique style and story. We work closely with couples to understand their vision, then handle the details and coordination behind the scenes so everything runs smoothly. Our goal is to create a calm and enjoyable environment where couples can truly be present and celebrate with their family and friends.
We recommend booking your wedding planner as early as possible once you have your date and venue secured. Many couples book their planner 6–12 months in advance to ensure availability and to receive support throughout the planning process. However, we are always happy to work with couples who are planning on a shorter timeline or who simply need help coordinating the final details closer to their wedding day.
