We loved working with the wedding planner Sara from Monarch. Planning the wedding was so stressful until we started working with Sara and would recommend her to anyone. She’s easy to talk to and helped guide us when making difficult planning decisions. Sara also had her work cut out for her when about a month before our wedding the contact at our wedding venue left. Sara was able to help carry over all of our wedding details to the new contact. She also coordinated all of the logistics I didn’t even think of (like walkthroughs with vendors for example). On wedding day, Sara and assistant, Kayla, made sure we stayed on track with our timeline so my husband and I could enjoy the day. Thank you Sara and Kayla for making our wedding so memorable!

As a fellow wedding planner, I’ve been fortunate enough to collaborate with Monarch on private events and weddings, and I’m so grateful we met. The team is super responsive and great to work with! Alexa assisted us on an enormous three venue wedding day, and I don’t know how I could have done it without her. She kept me up to date all day at one venue while I was able to tend to matters off site with the wedding party and couple. Highly recommend her and the team for their organization skills and ease of communication!

Monarch Creative Events; took my vision and made it come true!! Being a new mom and business owner Alexa and her team were so helpful in helping me plan, execute and live my dream nontraditional wedding I didn't know I had! 2 months later we still wish we could relive our wedding exactly how it happened! I truly trusted MCE to make the decisions needed for decorating/theme of my wedding! Everyone is so sweet and personable they made every planning aspect fun and non stressful! Yes, we have multiple lead planners you can work with. When you inquire, the lead planner that initially sets up the consultation will be who you're working with.

We average about 20+ weddings per year. This number continues to grow as our team grows! Our process is slightly different depending on the collection you choose. It's best to get on a free consultation to learn the specifics of each collection.

Yes, we are a full service event planning coming. We will plan any event you need assistance with!

This depends on the collection you choose to go with. Our free consultation is about 45 minutes where we will go into detail of what collection we think is best for you after learning your needs.

Yes! We have multiple lead planners and can take multiple weddings per date/weekend. We do limit each lead planner to one per day/weekend. So you can take comfort in knowing you lead will only have your wedding to make wonderful.
