Hi, I'm Jessi! My love for weddings started long before I became a professional consultant. From flower girl to ceremony singer to bridesmaid 16 times, I've experienced weddings from nearly every angle! I founded Leaf & Lace Consulting to combine 20+ years of wedding experience with 10 years of professional consulting and project management expertise. As a former counselor, helping people navigate big decisions is at the heart of what I do. My passion is making wedding planning less stressful, more affordable, and genuinely enjoyable. I'll help you tackle budgets, timelines, and logistics so you can focus on the fun and create a celebration that's uniquely yours. Your wedding, your way—with exceptional guidance.

An Absolute Lifesaver for Our Destination Wedding!
Planning a wedding is overwhelming enough, but planning one in another country comes with an entirely different set of challenges!! I truly don’t know what I would have done without Leaf & Lace Consulting. From the very beginning, Jessi brought an incredible level of organization, attention to detail, and calm to the entire process. Whenever I felt like saying “I’m over this” or felt lost in the endless decisions, she helped me take a step back, prioritize what mattered, and figure out the next steps. She has an amazing ability to anticipate details you wouldn’t even think of and turn complicated logistics into a manageable plan. Coordinating a wedding in Ireland also meant navigating unfamiliar vendors, timelines, and logistics from thousands of miles away. Jessi was instrumental in helping everything come together while making sure the day still reflected our vision. What I appreciated most was that she never took over or made decisions for us. She listened, offered thoughtful guidance, and helped us feel confident in our choices. Her organization, responsiveness, and genuine investment in making our wedding special made all the difference. Outstanding Experience!!!!!!!
