At Highvale Events & Design, we specialize in more than just timelines and logistics - we bring custom creation and curated design elements to every event. Many of our clients come to us with Pinterest boards they’ve been building for years, filled with inspiration and dreams. Our passion is transforming those boards into reality, making sure every detail - big or small - feels intentional and beautifully executed. From designing your wedding signage and styling a custom monogram, to curating the perfect table-scape, we ensure every element reflects your unique vision.

    Chauntel and her assistant, Cheyenne, were absolutely incredible and played a huge role in making our wedding day perfect. From the very beginning, their attention to detail, organization, and communication were unmatched. They went above and beyond in coordinating with vendors and keeping us informed every step of the way, which gave us complete confidence that everything was under control. On the wedding day, they ensured every detail was executed flawlessly and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. Not a single thing fell through the cracks. Because of their hard work and dedication, we were able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy every moment of our day. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is professional, thorough, proactive, and genuinely invested in making your day everything you've dreamed of, I cannot recommend Chauntel and Cheyenne enough.     A Perfect Day!

    Highvale Events & Design was an absolute pleasure to work with for my son's wedding. From the start, their communication was very responsive and caring, and it was clear they were passionate about making the day unique to us. They took the time to listen to each person's wish list, always putting the bride and groom first, but ensuring that we all had an important part in the celebration. During the planning process, they provided excellent vendor recommendations and ensured we had not forgotten even the smallest of details. The Highvale team was open to listening to what we needed help with and what we felt confident doing ourselves. Keeping us as involved as we wanted to be but adding their creative design and attention to detail. They knew exactly which decisions to encourage, where to spend money, and when to look for alternatives. Their touch came through in every aspect, from the beautiful decor they helped to source and set up, to the seamless coordination of our vendors and the day-of itinerary. On the wedding day all of the planning came together as a dream come true for the happy couple. Highvale handled every detail of the set-up and vendor coordination flawlessly, allowing us all to fully enjoy the celebration without a worry. We are so grateful to the Highvale team for helping make the day absolutely perfect!

    Highly recommend Highvale events & design!

    Chauntel is amazing! She truly made our wedding so personalized and unique. She made us a custom logo, did all of our signage HERSELF & customized our timeline from start to finish. Every step of the way she was organized and professional. I am so glad I had highvale because planning a wedding is incredibly overwhelming- but using chauntel made it so seamless.

The best way to determine what level of support is right for you is by reaching out to us to schedule a complimentary consultation. Once we learn more about your vision, how involved you desire to be in the planning process, and more about the logistics of your event we can suggest the best option for you. We’d also be happy to customize a package based on your event needs.
You are welcome to increase the level of support at any point and upgrade to a more comprehensive package if you realize that you require more assistance during your planning process. We may also recommend an upgraded package to provide you with the best services possible all while your budget in mind.
We’re happy to work with any vendors you’ve already chosen, and we’ll collaborate closely with them to make sure your day runs seamlessly. In addition, we’ve curated a recommended vendor list filled with professionals we’ve worked with before and whose services we truly admire. All you have to do is ask! Whether you bring your own team or explore our trusted vendors, we’ll ensure everything comes together smoothly.
At Highvale Events & Design, we’re present from the initial setup and decorating, through the first moments of your event, all the way to the final cleanup. Every event has at least two of our team members on site. We collaborate closely, communicating throughout the entire planning process and on the day of the event to ensure thoughtful, informed decisions are made on your behalf.
Our goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process. You are able to schedule meetings and phone calls as needed, although we will be regularly checking in to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and no issues arise. In order to provide you with the best level of service, we have guidelines in place to streamline the communication process. This is to ensure whenever you reach out we can respond with our full attention and make note of any important details mentioned during our conversation.
