With years of experience coordinating weddings of all sizes and styles, we bring a calm, organized presence to even the most chaotic wedding-day moments so you don’t have to. Coordinating every moment from intimate backyard ceremonies to ballroom celebrations. We work quietly behind the scenes: confirming vendors, managing the timeline, wrangling wedding parties, and solving problems before you even know they existed 🩷
Our pricing is transparent, (flat $1500 fee before any active discounts, if applicable) you won’t have to worry about hidden costs, add ons, or travel fees. We take pride in our reasonable pricing, professional approach, and ability to manage guests lists that range in size from 50 to 1500.

Worth Every Penny!!
As the groom, I went in expecting to just show up. Our coordinator made that possible she ran the whole day flawlessly, kept vendors on schedule, fixed problems before I even knew they existed, and kept my family calm when things got a little tense. She checked in on me too, not just my fiancée, which I appreciated. Because of her, I actually got to enjoy my own wedding instead of managing it. Worth every penny.
