My name is Meaghan Wood. I grew up in south Texas, the very tip of Texas to be exact. I made my way up to the San Antonio about 15 years ago. I have a handsome husband and three beautiful children.     Amazing wedding coordinator!!

    Where do I even begin? Meaghan is simply the kind of wedding planner/coordinator every couple dreams of having by their side. From start to finish, she handled everything with such precision and genuine care that my husband and I were able to be fully present and soaking in every single moment. What stood out most about Meaghan was how thoughtful and adaptable she was when unexpected circumstances came up. That level of composure and professionalism made all the difference. She is also incredibly considerate and easy to work with. She listened, communicated clearly, and made sure our vision was honored every step of the way. It was clear she genuinely invested herself in making our day beautiful, not just logistically smooth. If you are looking for a coordinator who will go above and beyond, keep you grounded when things get hectic, and treat your wedding like it is the only one that matters, Meaghan is your person.     Effortless Events is amazing!

    I could not have made a better decision in hiring Meaghan to be my wedding planner and day of coordinator! From the very beginning she was so knowledgeable and helpful from everything to picking out our venue, organizing the guest list, decor advice, hiring all the caterers, bartenders, security, everything; she was so helpful!! On the day of the wedding could not have gone better. Meaghan had everything organized perfectly and even with some storms we were dealing with and a half outdoor venue, everything was amazing! She dealt with all the little details and my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing and truly just got to enjoy our day. Hire her, you won’t regret it! Working with Effortless Events truly was effortless!
