Bweddings' passion is to create a unifying vision with our client, and leverage our strong vendor relationships in the Chicagoland wedding and event industry to allow for creative collaboration in the design, planning and coordination process saving our clients hours of wedding planning and vendor sourcing.

Our meticulous attention to detail ensures that your friends and family can all relax and enjoy this incredible celebration. You can stop worrying about what time the flowers are being delivered or if your DJ has arrived yet and concentrate on looking fabulous and soaking in every moment of your wedding day! We only accept a limited number of weddings each year, as this allows us to provide the highest level of client service and attention to details to every one of our wedding and event planning clients.

    When my husband and I chose to have a destination wedding in Italy we knew that we had to find a wedding planner as soon as possible. After meeting Barbara over Zoom we instantly knew we wanted to work with Bweddings to make our dream wedding come to life. Throughout the entire planning process Bweddings provided us with amazing vendor options, a step by step checklist, endless advice/support and so much more. Our wedding planning process was so easy thanks to Barbara! Our wedding day was better than we ever could have imagined. It was perfect. Everything went smoothly, the timeline was followed and I was relaxed knowing everything was being taken care of. There's not one thing I would change about our wedding. The scenery, food, cocktails, music, flowers (everything) was fantastic. Bweddings helped us find the best vendors that worked with our budget. I can not recommend Bweddings enough and I am so grateful we found them. I appreciate everything Barbara and Anna did for our wedding - big & small it did not go unnoticed.

    Wow, where do I even start? Our wedding was in Lake Como, and we live in Chicago, so you can imagine the stress and chaos that comes with planning a destination wedding like that. But thanks to Barbara of BWeddings and Anna of The Italian Bride, it was an absolute dream come true! From day one, they had us covered. They handled everything from coordinating with vendors to setting up the whole shebang before the big day. And let me tell you, they were like wedding ninjas making sure everything was on point and running like clockwork. On the actual day of the wedding, they were like our personal timekeepers, making sure we didn't lose track of time and could fully enjoy the moment. Plus, they even took care of packing up our stuff at the end of the night, so we didn't have to play a game of hide-and-seek with our belongings. The result? Well, I've had multiple people tell me that our wedding was the best they've ever been to, and that's saying something! I mean, I couldn't have asked for anything more. So, if you're thinking about hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and go with these guys. They're the real deal, and I can't recommend them enough!
