We handle the logistics, communication, and problem-solving behind the scenes so you can stay present and truly enjoy your engagement.	Planning a wedding away from home should feel exciting — not overwhelming. We guide you through every step of designing and coordinating your destination celebration, from location scouting and travel logistics to vendor sourcing and guest accommodations. With expert insight and seamless communication, we manage the details so you and your loved ones can enjoy a beautiful, stress-free experience in the place you’ve been dreaming of.	Perfect for couples who’ve handled the planning but want a professional to ensure everything runs smoothly. Beginning about 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we step in to finalize logistics, confirm vendors, create a detailed timeline, and manage rehearsal coordination. On your wedding day, we oversee setup, handle any last-minute issues, keep everything on schedule, and ensure everyone can fully relax and enjoy every moment.	This month is all about the finishing touches — seating charts, final fittings, timeline coordination, and vendor confirmations. Every little detail is falling into place!

I worked with Kalina as day of coordinator. Kalina has a warm and nurturing personality that I instantly gravitated towards. Someone who is warm and nurturing in my opinion will hold your event with that same care. We met a few times via FaceTime and had many back and forth conversations thru text. The day of went so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She followed my requests and everything came out how I dreamed of. She can also manage all the Tias, Tios and sisters that want to help decorate the day of. Lol. Thank you Kalina for helping me and my husband have a memorable planning experience and wedding evening!

Kalina was absolutely amazing in helping us plan our wedding! We had a relatively short amount of time (6 months) to put everything together, and Kalina went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and our wedding turned out perfect! Whether it was working with/finding vendors, organizing the day, planning a timeline, coming up with decor ideas, or coordinating on the day of the wedding, we were so happy we went with Kalina and always felt like we were in good hands.
