    The Most Perfect Day

    Working with Agape Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Kate and her team were kind and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process, making communication feel effortless from day one.     A Lifesaver!!!

    Agape Events was an invaluable part of making our wedding day seamless and unforgettable. Their communication style was detailed, transparent, and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly amazing - Kate's templates not only helped us plan for the day ahead, but she created an incredibly detailed timeline that ensured everything ran smoothly. She was proactive in thinking through critical details I would have missed on my own, and even went so far as to personally bring my bridesmaids lunch while we were getting ready. Multiple vendors commented that the timeline Agape provided was the most comprehensive they had ever seen. A venue coordinator works for the venue to oversee the building, food, and staff. We work exclusively for you! Our job is to manage your entire vendor team, design your timeline, run your rehearsal, handle day-of logistics, and to make sure your vision is executes seamlessly from start to finish.
Yes! Depending on your guest count and logistical needs our packages include a dedicated assistant. This ensures that while we are keeping the timeline on track and managing vendors, there is always someone available to assist the bridal party or tend to other details.
While we have never missed a wedding, we always plan for the unexpected. Our team operates with an internal backup system, comprehensive event notes, and a network of trusted partners to ensure seamless transition of care if an emergency arises.
