Description	This is our complete Wedding Planning Package, you have dreamed about this day and we will be there for you throughout the planning process To hold your hand, we help plan and coordinate your perfect wedding. This package is ideal for "Lively" couples who want someone to take care of everything, or the couple that is newly engaged and need help planning all the major aspects of their wedding day.	This package is best suited for the couple who has had the time to get their venue booked, has chosen their must have vendors and has their basic wedding plans together. Does this sound like you? To give your legs a break, we help bring your plan together and coordinate your "Lively" wedding.		Our version of "Day of Coordination" This package is for couples who have all of their details and vendors together but want to make sure they are not in charge of everything on their wedding day. This package is almost like day of coordination, but is more intense we are your team starting two weeks before your wedding. Our Wedding Day Management is here to help you get through all of the formalities of your wedding day.

STOP LOOKING HIRE KATIE
I don’t know how to put into words what Katie meant to us throughout our wedding planning process and on our day. Our wedding would not have been anywhere CLOSE to as successful, seamless, fun, and stress-free without her. We hired Katie for month-of services, but she met with us once a month after we hired her to keep us on track. She helped us navigate decisions, answering questions, and making sure we were actually accomplishing the things we needed to accomplish. When we reached the wedding decision fatigue, Katie showed us the way. She is the rare person who can simultaneously be your wedding planner, therapist, friend, and absolute bulldog when something needs to get done. She will fight & advocate for you. She will make sure you feel heard, validated, and supported. Her knowledge and attention to detail are truly INSANE. She created the most incredible weekend timeline for us, with floor plans and details we never would have thought of. Her advice made a HUGE difference in our wedding experience. She helped maximize our time with our photographer and figured out the most convenient time for everyone to sign our marriage license. One of my favorite examples of Katie’s attention to detail happened during our ceremony. She intentionally placed my family on the opposite side from me and my husband’s family on the opposite side from him. At first, we didn’t understand. Then she explained: so our families could see OUR FACES instead of the backs of our heads. We immediately went, OH. DUH. It was a detail we never would have considered, but it made our guests’ experience so much better. That’s Katie - she thinks about things we didn’t know needed thinking about. Katie connected us with the BEST vendors, including our seamstress and transport company, and she already had relationships with our favorite vendors, including our DJ, Mobile Bar and Tent Rental Co. Her relationships and reputation in the industry were invaluable. If you want the best of the best, Katie will make sure you know who they are. Katie's helpers were absolutely INCREDIBLE. They were kind, attentive, and made us feel taken care of. On the actual wedding day I had ZERO worries. She made sure we didn’t miss a single important moment, kept everything moving, handled the details, and made sure stress never even came near us. Making sure I ate, Katie literally FED me and when food started falling out of my mouth, SHE CAUGHT IT WITH HER HANDS SO IT WOULDN’T LAND ON MY DRESS. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of wedding planner she is, I don’t know what will. As my husband and I were leaving our wedding, we said: THANK GOD WE HIRED KATIE. Katie is patient, kind, incredibly smart, organized beyond belief, hilarious, sassy, fiercely protective of her couples, and clearly doing what she was made to do. She has the ability to be both a total bulldog and the most calming, reassuring person. She doesn’t just coordinate weddings. She takes care of people. Katie, we love you. We appreciate you more than we can possibly put into words. You made our wedding possible, and you made it feel effortless for us. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, HIRE KATIE. Seriously. Our wedding would not have happened without her. We wouldn’t change a single thing.

The greatest wedding planner/built in BFF!
From the very first phone call with Katie with A Lively Event, I knew she was meant to be in our lives. We instantly clicked. Hiring her felt less like choosing a wedding planner and more like gaining a built-in best friend who also happens to be a logistics genius and life-saving personal assistant all wrapped in one. Katie has a remarkable gift for bringing every vision together seamlessly, even when there are many voices, ideas, and passionate opinions swirling in the mix. Every detail was handled with care, every question answered before I even had to ask. If anything went sideways (and let’s be real, there’s always something), she swooped in with grace and handled it before I even realized there was an issue. I never once had to stress or lift a finger. She was our voice, our advocate, and the one person who always ensured our wishes were front and center, and truly was the key to how perfect our wedding day turned out to be. Thanks to Katie, those few precious hours of our wedding day became some of the most unforgettable memories of our lives. Her heart, her hustle, and her unwavering support made every moment perfect. We are forever grateful to have worked with her, and even more grateful that she’s now a part of our life beyond the wedding. If you want someone who will champion your love story with joy and finesse, Katie is the one.

Amazing
AMAZING is the word I would use for Katie and her staff. She helped us from day 1 of booking when we had issues, even though she didn't have to. Took phone calls from a crying mother of the bride and the bride. She calmed nerves and fixed the issues. She was kind, comforting and fierce when she needed to be. Katie coordinated all of our vendors and ran the rehearsal like a pro. We had many moving parts the day of my daughter's wedding, including fire trucks, and everything ran so smoothly. It was a beautiful, fun and magical day. Katie became a friend over the year of planning and I would highly recommend her as an event planner for any event. She is a PRO! We love Katie and A Lively Event.

No need to look any further, A Lively Event is the best choice hands down! Katie is seriously amazing! She was there for us every step of the way answering any and all of the questions we had, bringing up things we may not have even thought about, and making sure everything went exactly as we planned. Her organizational skills and attention to detail is exactly what we needed to keep us from worrying on our wedding day and giving us peace of mind. She was super proactive with our planning and vendors and it felt like she knew exactly what we needed and wanted. She made everyone in our wedding party feel very comfortable and she did so much behind the scenes for us to make sure our wedding day was the best day and exactly what we dreamed of. We are forever grateful for Katie and we couldn’t have done it without her!
