Hi! I’m Maryana, the girl behind the lens and I’d love to be your photographer! I strive for my images to be a unique blend of art and photojournalism, be modern but timeless, and above all look natural.

I’m a lifestyle photographer. When I take photos, I’m thinking about how I will tell the story later. Especially, at a wedding. There is a beautiful story behind every wedding and I deem it my job to make sure that the bride and groom never forget the story behind their special day. I do this by placing their photos in order. I do this by including the small details, like the invitations, the lyrics to songs, the speeches, etc.. Sometimes we forget how important those words are and how easy we can forget them.

    From our first conversation with Avalure Photography, we knew we had found the right fit for our wedding. They were quick to respond, open to our ideas, and made sure we got every shot we wanted!! This included an outfit change and gorgeous night photos once the sun went down.     We did an engagement photoshoot with Maryana and are absolutely obsessed with how our photos came out!! We have never done a photoshoot before, but she made it so easy helping with our posing and making sure we were comfortable for every shot. We didn't have a specific vision or anything going into it, but she has such an amazing eye and style, and she captured us so beautifully!

Typically, couples book me about 6 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 7 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
Absolutely. Every wedding includes a second photographer so no moment is missed. While I focus on the key moments, my second photographer captures additional angles, reactions, and candid memories happening behind the scenes.
