About Nidji Photography

Natasha Singh

Owner / Lead Photographer

To date, there are only two images of me as a child. The first is my passport photo at the age of 1.5 months, the second is an image of me at the age of 8. Because of this, I have a deeper understanding, value and passion for photographs and imagery. With that said, I purchased my first camera at the age of 16 with my first paycheck! (used to flip burgers at a local Roy Rogers!). With that camera, I quickly learned how much I loved the art of documenting life with imagery and in 2012, I left a 16 year career in healthcare to follow my dream of becoming a photographer. I haven't looked back one day since then.

    Do not hire her

Summary: Natasha and her assistant have been unprofessional and ghosted me without completing delivery of her contract. Poorly edited photos that just have filters on them that focus on everyone but the bride. I would not recommend her. For the past 7 months, we have been contacting Natasha regarding our photos from our wedding events consistently. She has barely responded and when she has, it has been with false promises of yet another deadline. As of March 29, our contract stated that all photos were due, possibly including prints included in our package. We were, prior to this, in contact with her assistant and were assured that we would be able to have our photos no later than 3/29. The date passed and we followed up with no reply from the assistant. Then, 2 months passed and out of desperation, I reached out to my makeup artist from my wedding who is friends with Natasha. She called and Natasha didn’t respond. We had exhausted all avenues at that point, including calling Natasha. Her assistant eventually responded to 2 of our emails and then ghosted us again. In addition to that, Natasha (likely due to poorly managed time) barely got any shots of me, the bride, as I was getting ready. Meanwhile, our folders are flooded with pictures of my mother-in-law and sister-in-law who, while I adore them, are not the focal point of this wedding. She was charismatic and a great photographer to be around but the part of her pitch that says she stays with the bride the entire time is untrue. Or at least it was for me. I’m so disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated throughout the process and feel she takes advantage of my kindness. If you choose to book with her, you will get a charismatic photographer who will laugh with you and cry with you, but will not respond to you, will ghost you, and may prioritize taking photos of others instead of the bride. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend working with Natasha. I made a mistake booking her and now photos are missing from the biggest event of my life and the photos I do have are subpar both in the kinds of photos taken and the editing.

    Birthday Pics

Nidji Photography was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. From our first interaction, they were outgoing, professional and courteous, putting us at ease and helping us feel confident in their abilities. Their work was truly exceptional - they captured every special moment, from the emotional first look to the lively dance floor, with a keen eye for detail and a true artistic flair. The final photos are stunning and we are overjoyed with the exceptional value they provided. We cannot recommend Nidji Photography highly enough to any couple looking for a talented, personable team to document their big day.

Worth The Wait and Every Single Penny

My family has been working with Natasha from Nidji Photography for the past eleven years. From my grand-niece's wedding, eleven years ago, to my brother-in-law's 100th. birthday celebration, plus many other events. And occasionally when she is unavailable, we have also had the opportunity to work with other companies. Comparatively speaking, no other photographer will take the time to position and pose every single guest/family member when it comes to family portraits. Most (if not all) will only say "ok, look at the camera" and that's it, without any regard to how they actually look. No other photographer will work for FREE just because they love their job (or a particular client! Yes, she photographs two free weddings every year! And no other photographer will stay until the very end of your event just to make sure they don't miss those extra special moments during your event. Lastly, no other photographer will say "no" to another client who's willing to pay more. That means, when you book her, you are 100% guaranteed that she will be the one photographing your event. Even with the occasional delay DUE TO HEALTH REASONS, we will continue to work with Nidji Photography for as long as possible and if you truly value the art of photography, I strongly recommend you work with this company.

    Never Replies

I'm so disappointed with the service we received from Nidji Photography for our wedding. Their communication was terrible - they did not answer any of our calls, texts or emails over the 10 months after our wedding. And the quality of their work was extremely poor. They took photos at our wedding but never edited or delivered them to us, despite this being included in our contract. It's been over 1.5 years since our wedding and we still haven't received the photos from our wedding or two other events we booked them for. They've slowly posted a few photos online over the course of the year, but have completely ignored all of our attempts to reach out. This was a huge letdown and has really put a damper on our wedding memories. I would not recommend Nidji Photography to any couple looking for a reliable and professional wedding photographer.

    You Wont Find Better

•down to earth •always cheerful •in love with her job •hits her deadlines •knows the ins&outs of the business •Never fails the meet product expectations The only thing you might love more than Nidji's work Is Nidji. She's a pleasure for both her clients and co-vendors. Wedding planning is stressful on every level, even after you've got your ducks in order. With Nidji, you can leave at least that bit of it on the floor.

Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. Given that I am a female wedding photographer (and there aren't many of us around ;) I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Regardless of the size of your event, I always work with an assistant. With regard to a second photographer, that all depends on what you're looking for and the size of your event.
Absolutely ALL delivered images are edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. this way, you're guaranteed to never see an image that's too bright, too dark, blurry etc...
I do and I'm fully insured by PPA (Professional Photographers of America). Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them...it's one less thing for you to worry about ;)
Ever heard the saying "Jack of all trades, master of none"? With this in mind, I specialize in still photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However, for the past eight years, I've been working closely with a SPECTACULAR cinematographer whom I recommend to all my clients!
You can expect approximately 100 to 120 images per hour of shooting. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, during my busy season (May - September), you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding. During my slower months, photos are available within 3 to 4 weeks.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to shoot your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues from the many networking groups I’m in.
Nope! I never watermark my images, that way you can always print them at your leisure.
