Hi! My name is Kathleen and I'm an adventure wedding and elopement photographer. I photograph elopements across Washington and the Western United States. I am a HUGE outdoor enthusiast and advocate! I'm happiest when I'm hiking with my dog Ranger, exploring new, wild places. I became an elopement photographer to pursue my biggest passions in life- being outdoors and photographing couples on the happiest day of their lives. I truly believe that elopements are the best way to get married. My favorite thing about this job? It is SO much more than the photos. It's the people, the relationships we build, and the experiences we have together.

Elopements are intentionally intimate and deeply meaningful. Elopements center the focus on what matters the most- the couple. Eloping allows you to set aside stress, expectations, and throw out any traditions you don't feel connected to. You can elope just the two of you, or you can elope surrounded by your very closest family and friends. The beautiful thing about eloping? There are no rules.
The way you get married is important! Your wedding day will be your anniversary for the rest of your life- your elopement is so incredibly special. You deserve to have your ENTIRE adventure captured (not just your vows and some quick portraits!) for you to relive time and time again. This is about documenting your wedding day and the two of you having the time of your lives.
I am very involved with helping you plan your day- I'm there for you every step of the way. With every couple I work with, I do custom location scouting- helping you find the perfect place to elope. I also help you with vendor recommendations, day-of timeline suggestions, logistical support, acquiring permits & passes,giving you tons of helpful information, and can act as your officiant if needed.
Yes! There are countless locations that are easy to access and don't require extensive hiking. Additionally, you can choose to adventure in other ways besides hiking (helicopter & air tours, dog sled rides, off-roading, kayaking, hot air balloons, etc.)
I start booking couples a year out. Most couples take around 6-10 months to plan their adventure elopement. However, you can still pull off an epic elopement in a month or less! No matter how far in advance or last minute, I'd love to chat with you about your wedding.
